舞出極限 TOTAL XTREME舞蹈公司位於台中市民廣場旁，是台灣唯一專業正統拉丁舞蹈公司，上百坪的舞蹈空間，搭配全新音響設備，及木質地板，提供學員優質的教學環境，國際級藝術總監GINO網羅國內外超群師資，扎實細心的雙語教學，讓您學習舞蹈事半功倍。

教室課程除了現今最流行的性感拉丁舞Salsa外，Yoga dance、芭蕾、爵士、嘻哈、國標、阿根廷探戈、騷莎表演班、古巴騷莎、Shines、獨舞、Body movement、Bachata、Merengue、Axe、巴西戰舞、非洲熱舞、旋轉技巧、肢體律動、騷莎女性風格塑造...等舞蹈課程也陸續開課中，歡迎喜愛舞蹈的您一起來舞出窈窕，超越極限。

Total Xtreme Dance School is located in Taiwan-Taichung and brings together a diverse group of talented dancers whose passion and inspiration is founded by the principles of polished technique and style. Our aim is to foster creative energy through Latin dance in different parts of the world that resonates forms of sexiness, enjoyment, relaxation and community. Total Xtreme’s strength lies in the dance groups ability to collectively demonstrate different genres of dance which include Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballroom, Argentine Tango, Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Samba, Zouk, Axe, Cha Cha, Capoeira, African Dance, Lady Styling, Shines Choreography and others. These dances form the basis of both the Total Xtreme Dance School Classes and the Performance Shows.
